Our Client, a full-service advertising agency specializing in Pharma, is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join their team in NYC.

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a fully integrated position working with print, editorial, digital, social, email etc. This is an HCP/DTC focused role.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to own the project management process - manage timelines, budgets, hot sheet meetings etc.
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Must have Pharmaceutical experience
  • Must be comfortable interacting with the account team, creative team, and tech PM’s
  • Must have HCP/DTC experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects in fast paced environment
  • Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Time management skills
