Interaction Designer

Onward Search needs an Interaction Designer for a global financial services organization.

This is a 3-month contract that will likely extend and/or convert to full-time employment. This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days per week in office) that will sit in either NYC, Brooklyn, Jersey City, Columbus, or Wilmington.

As an Interaction Designer you’ll: 
- Create sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes under the direction of the UX Lead an Product Owner
- Conduct user interviews and workshops to translate findings into visuals
- Create user journeys, service blueprints and presentations
- Work closely with highly experienced UX Leads and Researchers, Product Owners, and Tech teams to implement solutions that incorporate technologies such as Large Language Models, Artificial Intelligence, and ChatGPT

Skills & Experience needed:  
- Strong prototyping skills
- Experience with Axure is preferred
- Ability to take a concept sketch or mock up and turn it into something clickable and interactive
- Financial services experience is a plus
