Our client, a full-service exhibition design firm, is looking to hire an Integrated Producer with experience across experiential and digital production. This role will begin on-site in NYC as soon as possible.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead projects at the primary POC between the agency and clients across 3-5 clients at a time.
  • Responsible for the direction and coordination of all internal and external teams.
  • Create and provide oversight of all project plans including budgeting, scoping, schedules and contracted deliverables.
  • Work collaboratively with both physical and digital design teams, consultants and the clients across a range of different projects: physical design, web, film, digital, mobile and interactive installations.
  • Actively manage the daily operational neeeds of your projects, keeping all within scope and in accordance with the agency procedures.
  • Oversee staffing resources that are needed on a per project basis, identifying hiring needs.
  • Partner with your internal project leaders to ensure projects are covered and synergies are utilized when available.
  • Develop, manage and track project plans, estimates and timelines to ensure all hit the clients brief and delivery date.
  • Lead internal and external meetings, document and track decisions, approvals and next step/action items.
  • Manage sub-contractors across architects, writers, fabricators, producers, AV/lighting/media and more to ensure seamless orchistration across partners.
  • Continually work to improve the agency process.
  • Track and report all projects with the goal of identifying areas for process improvement, improving profitability, etc.
  • Track down unpaid invoices and ensure all clients are up to date on payments.
  • Help with busisness development.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of integrated production experience across experiential and interactive projects.
  • Client facing production experience necessary.
  • Knowledge and interest in interactive design and production.
  • Understanding of the technical and creative processes, including Agile Methodology. PMI training is a bonus!
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, very team oriented envrionment across a range of simultaneous projects.
  • A confident leader, able to motivate and drive a team to complete their goals.
  • An interest in and desire to continuously explore and learn new technologies that can be utilized for our clients.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging environments.
