Onward Search is seeking an experienced Online Marketing Coordinator with a strong background utilizing Microsoft Excel and data analysis for a 12-month extendable contract opportunity in Seattle, WA.   • Develop and manage all components of paid search campaigns including campaign setup, budget and performance management, reporting & troubleshooting issues.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance to identify, prioritize and execute on opportunities for improvement in marketing effectiveness.
  • Clearly report results, critical learnings from campaigns and propose recommendations based on analytical observations.
  • Drive strategic projects to improve business efficiencies.
  • Work independently and across the organization collaborating with marketing, analytics, product, and finance teams.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and data accuracy.
  • Candidates should be curious in nature and like to dig into data to identify insights.
  • Experience with large-scale data analysis and comfort with SQL, Teradata or similar. Python is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel (pivots, formulas, charts, VLOOKUP’s). PLEASE ADMINISTER EXCEL TEST before submitting candidates.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to become an effective member of a cross-functional team.
  • 2+ years of work experience required Internet Marketing experience a plus.
  • Google AdWords Certification a plus.
