Onward Search has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Planner with a leading home goods retailer! Specific responsibilities will include utilizing and controlling the store allocation systems, ensuring that the stores maintain appropriate in-stock, service levels, and weeks on hand objectives. You will also set up appropriate system parameters, profiles, safety stocks, display minimums, etc., to achieve store/item in stock goals and objectives.

You must have 3+ years of retail distribution experience with strong organization skills.

This is a long term contract role located in San Francisco with the opportunity to become full-time!

  • Must have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Work station provided

  • Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects in fast paced environment

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
