Our client, a specialty apparel brand in Broward County is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join their team on a freelance basis through the end of the year. This person will work 32-40 hours/week, onsite, Monday-Friday.

This person will help support production and design teams within the creative department as well as gain exposure to photography, typography, video, print, and social media.

Day-to-Day:
• Create and produce eye-catching graphics for various mediums; print and digital marketing collateral, catalogs, retail signage, banner ads, landing pages, emails and other brand promotion for multiple in-house brands while meeting deadlines
• Ensure all work, both creative and technical, are reviewed for accuracy before given for approval
• Create web graphics for corporate websites and social media graphics
• Source photos, with attention to detail in alignment with product and apparel styling brand standards

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-2 years' of graphic design experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for color, excellent photo composition, layout and typography skills.
  • Experience in catalog publishing is a plus
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines, preferably with prior experience in a high-production oriented role
  • Prior e-commerce experience a plus
  • Must have a clean, current portfolio with relevant work to show.
