Onward Search's client, a leading consumer products company in Burbank, is seeking a Junior Brand Manager for a 3-month temp opening that could extend. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and competencies to fill the role. 

Skills:

  • Provide integrated marketing support to our high-profile brands.
  • Support development of integrated global consumer communications strategy.
  • Support development of extensive category plans for the brand, ensuring the brand has a meaningful long-term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth.
  • Assist with the analysis of products, brand and category performance.
  • Create a go-to-market template to deliver global marketing to the regional level.
  • Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners.
  • Support brand team across all activities.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree with a minimum of five years administrative project management experience.
  • A proficient understanding of principles in one or more functions of a position.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Prior consumer products marketing or coordination experience a plus.
