This position is responsible for the management of all digital and non-digital marketing communication activities including the website, digital asset management system, social media, global intranet, and digital signage. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Brand Americas as in country manager and the global functional lead for Digital Communications, the Junior Digital Marketing Manager will partner with stakeholders and agency resources to ensure all digital content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide MarCom activity and campaign frameworks to relevance stakeholders
  • Force collaboration between all MarCom functions within the region to strengthen the brand, and increase efficiency
  • Provide tradeshow support including marketing campaigns, lead generation tools, and iPad product showcase applications
  • Help to set up concepts for communication and define tools to execute
  • Govern the use of our Constant Contact (email marketing) account, including creating all new accounts and training users on the system, training BU users on the system, monitoring all created emails, drafting emails for BU campaigns and all corporate communications, and scrubbing our contact lists to ensure our account is always active
  • Maintain all from creating new pages and updating existing pages, to planning and executing the implementation of various web campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure all web content is up-to-date, and information/campaigns align with business goals and initiatives
  • Work with local IT to implement development changes and create new applications
  • Act as a point person working closely with external agency and internal groups to ensure content is ready and timelines are met
  • Performance Management – track web statistics using WebTrends, Google Analytics, and E-tracker, and provide reports to the BUs on various campaigns, emails, and general webpage usage
  • Support functional lead for Social Media strategy to maintain all regional social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter, and more
  • Work with creative agencies to post content, and create imagery for weekly posts
  • Monitor usage of channels surrounding tradeshows and events
  • Global Intranet
