Onward Search is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer for a consulting company in the heart of the Chicago Loop. This full-time contract-to-hire role is responsible for creating banner ads, case studies, marketing materials, presentation templates and print ads. You will report to the Creative Director.

Requirements:

  • Degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or related degree
  • At least 1-2 years of graphic design experience with one year of print experience
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe CC, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Outstanding verbal, writing, communications, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilties:

  • Handling logo design / poster layout / brochure layout and design for marketing collateral
  • Assistance with graphic design, content development, and print production projects
  • Focusing more on print deliverables is main duty, but experience with digital is helpful
  • PowerPoint experience is a plus
  • Photo editing abilities is a bonus
