As a Jr. Social Content Designer at our client company located in the heart of Boston- you will be responsible for helping bring this unique brand to life on social media. You will work collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team to design and create compelling social content across multiple social platforms with a main focus on Instagram. They are looking for a proactive and self-motivated candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of the social space.


  • You will work closely with Art Directors and Senior Designers on the Global Brand Design team to create compelling digital assets
  • You will be responsible for making sure there is a consistency throughout two social channels- and that both feel on brand at all times
  • You will work in a professional setting and collaborate with Brand Design, Brand Comms and Digital teams. You will have strong communication skills and be expected to clearly articulate your own ideas and present work
  • You will translate creative concepts into compelling designs and assets
  • You must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Social media is always on and they are feeding the feed 24/7
  • Adhere to project calendars
  • You will stay current with latest digital, social and technology trends
  • You are expected to understand and adhere closely to the visual style and guidelines of the project as well as any wireframes that have been created for the designs
  • You may be asked to assist other designers on a variety of projects relating to Global Brand Design

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic and/or Digital Arts
  • 3+ years’ design experience with a focus on social/digital content
  • Print design and branding experience
  • Must be an expert in Adobe CS – After Effects and Premier especially
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills, self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of themes, style and formats
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
