Onward Search is on the hunt for a Jr. Designer to join our client for a contract assignment that could go full-time for the right person.

You'll work on our client's digital design team and be responsible for production design on a variety of campaigns including, but not limited to:

  • Digital Production of Display, Affiliate, and Social Ads
  • Slicing up Photoshop files; re-sizing and cropping ads for different sizes
  • Helping level-up the design team and contributing where necessary with layout, design, and photo-selects for different campaigns

We are seeking Jr. Designers who meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in fast-paced environments for an Ad Agency, Product, or Lifestyle company
  • Portfolios must showcase banner and social ads with a strong sense of Type Hierarchy
  • Prefer candidates who have worked on lifestyle brands/ products, e-commerce and high-end luxury brands
  • Must be familiar with project management software and be able to work autonomously in fast-pace environment
  • Must know how to set-up design files and be organized
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
