Onward Search is looking to fill a position for a Junior Project Manager for our client. We are hiring a self-motivated Junior Project Manager to join our Account Team. The successful candidate will work directly with our Tier 1 clients and the Account Director to manage critical projects and ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of each in-scope deliverable. He or she will coordinate with creative directors and designers to ensure all aspects of each project are obtainable given the details or brief provided.

Skills:

  • Oversee all aspects of projects.
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Work with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Develop extensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Function Point and Trello are a plus.
