Our client, an advertising agency, is looking for a Junior Marketing Proposal Writer to join their team fulltime! You will be gathering critical information from various departments to create proposals, ensuring the proposal satisfies requirements of client contract.


  • Managing the production and distribution of all working documents.
  • Meeting proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, proposal writing, review, and final approval.
  • Responding to all new business related RFP's, partnering with New Business, Strategy, Marketing, and Creative teams; ensuring that all teams are following outlined processes.
  • Developing proposals by assembling information including project scope, objectives/deliverables, implementations, methodologies, timelines, staffing, standards of performance as well as performance evaluation metrics.
  • Maintaining results by utilizing templates, following proposal standards that include consistency, readability, and tone.
  • Improving proposal writing results by evaluating, recommending and re-designing processes, approaches, and templates.
  • Gathering proposal information by identifying sources of information, coordinating the collection of data and identifying associated proposal risks.
  • Compiling compelling proposal sections into a compliant RFP submission.
  • Contributing to other client writing projects as needed assisting the Sr. Copywriter and Sr. Conversion Copywriter.


  • 2-3 years of proposal writing experience.
  • Associates degree or above required.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel an Adobe PDF.
  • Presentation, layout and formatting skills required.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strong research, and organizational skills.
  • Must be well organized and able to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to use Adobe software a plus to be able to insert graphics, charts, and drawings in proposals for professional and finished presentation of proposals.
