Our client, a tranformational digital agency is looking for a Jr. UX Designer to join their team for a very exciting opportunity to work alongside a leading UX team on a contract to hire opportunity.

As a Jr. UX Designer you’ll be working with a collaborative team with senior leadership, in a constant evolving environment, understanding complex business
processes and translating them to simply and intuitive experiences. This is a great opportunity with room for growth and professional development as well.


  • Design UX experiences with best principles and disciplines
  • Employing pragmatic and effective approaches to UX. Keen understanding of usability principles, web standards, UI patterns and their application
  • Diplomatically advocating for the user, communicate informed design rational and value,as well as managing client expectations
  • Work on AGILE projects
  • Effectively communicate concept, strategy


  • Must have deep understanding of User First Design principles & the general UX discipline
  • Proven experience creating interactive prototypes, low and high fidelity wireframes, user stories, workflow diagrams for digital experiences
  • 3+ years’ experience in user interface design, information architecture, interaction design, human factors, or other related UX disciplines
  • 3+ years’ experience creating architecture, interaction, and/or design for responsive sites, mobile and tablet experiences, and applications
  • A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (eg:wireframes, user flows, site maps, research, etc.)
