Contract to Hire opportunity with a FTSE 100 company and a presence in 8 countries and over 6 million customers worldwide.

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge with HTML web application development using Google AngularJS
  • Experience w/ C#.Net and Java developing
  • Knowledge of DevOps SDLC and strategies
  • Worked with Windows & Linux OS's
  • Golang a plus
  • Guidewire software a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, and implement complex, multi-tier applications for the enterprise
  • Design and develop layered applications, including user interface, business functionality, and database access
  • Convert requirements to functional requirements to develop software code that is efficient, and reliable
  • Develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, aggressive implementation schedules, reporting, and adherence to development goals and principles
  • Gather requirements & estimates engineering efforts
  • Plan implementation and roll-out system changes
  • Independently design, code and test major features, as well as works jointly w/ other team members to deliver complex changes
  • Perform release management duties on feature roll-outs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve stability / scalability issues in a time-critical environment
