Our client, a leading digital services company, is looking for an experienced sales lead for a Key Account Director seat within their organization. While currently remote, candidates must be local to the New York City area.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Own the strategic relationship with enterprise-level partners of the company
  • Act as a sales consultant to your partners on all of the company's products, strategies and solutions to target our consumers
  • Create and execute long-term account plans and roadmaps to drive client and company growth
  • Develop an advisor level relationship with your clients, ensuring that all activities on our site are aligned with your client's priorities and goals
  • Drive the account planning lifecycle for your clients, partnering with the customer success team
  • Hit top-line revenue targets based on the quarterly quota set for you
  • Create and execute ambitious plans for your clients that drive client growth and growth of your portfolio
  • Partner with the customer success team to uncover insights and figure out how to achieve goals with our products
  • Act as a client-facing expert about our products, answering questions and advising on best practices
  • Be an expert on the company's online advertising and promoted products
  • Advise internally on ways to improve our products based on what you're hearing from clients and in the market
  • Build and deliver in-person and Zoom presentations
  • Goal is to spend 50% of your time with partners either on the phone, on Zoom or in-person when safety allows

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher level degree
  • 8+ years in Advertising Sales, Marketing, Consulting or Media
  • Ideally have worked with Fortune 500 clients in the past
  • Deep understanding and experience working with advertising tools and technologies that enable ad serving, insights/surveying, philanthropic marketing and retail
  • Proven ability to navigate highly matrix organization, able to build relationships with executives at VP and C-Suite that hold the budgets for advertising
  • Experience leading partner agency relationships
  • Experience with direct advertiser sales including negotiations and strategic partnership management
  • An understanding of the fashion and retail space, working either at an agency or brand and have a strong industry network.
  • Ability to develop and execute forward looking plans that contain strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Have an understanding of the Gen-Z market.
