Our client, a large corporate real estate company located in Santa Monica is looking for a long-term temp Layout Designer.

This role will be responsible for large amounts of collateral and publication design on quick turn-around. In the beginning, you will be work in Word to design and layout presentation books and real estate sales materials.


  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple projects in fast paced environment
  • Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Time management skills 


  • Must have strong layout, design, production and skills
  • Ability to design in Word and skilled in Adobe InDesign is important
  • Requires strong attention to detail and ability to proof their own work
  • We are looking for 1-3 years of professional experience

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
