Our client, a major player in the gaming world is looking for a Lead 3D Artist.

This Lead 3D Artist will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and mentorship to other artists
- Establishing and maintaining technical performance standards (polycount, memory, draw cells, etc)
- Collaborating with Design and GamePlay teams to create realistic assets

The ideal Lead 3D Artist will have:
- 3DS Max, Maya, Zbrush (UV layouts, retopology)
- Mastery of PBR Pipeline for texture creation (baking tools, Substance painter/Photoshop)
- Experience is 4K resolution game assets
- Strong understanding of game mechanics
