This position is located in Kansas City, MO in the heart of Kansas City. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create superior digital experiences for their customers by knowing and predicting their needs while delivering unparalleled support and transparency.
The selected candidate must have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for clients, prospects, and associates that align with brand guidelines with a promise of providing expertise and care. This product leader will lead a team focused on the core digital financial product by understanding their users to better serve their needs and guiding expansion of the product line. Your focus is on the customer journey. You will and evaluate the current customer journeys, end to end, and make recommendations on how to improve our experiences. Must be able a strong communicator and customer advocate.
