Onward Search is hiring a Lead UX Designer for our client, a pioneer in product innovation, UX/UI design and product development to join their growing team in Miami, FL

RELOCATION PROVIDED, NO REMOTE!

The Lead UX Designer with design world-class products for pioneering companies and oversee talented teams working hands on with organizations to create future experiences that could range from global mobile OS's to web and work closely with clients to create innovative digital products and platforms.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience defining user experiences for a variety of applications, products and platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with natural ability to articulate and defend design decisions
  • Experience in a senior or lead UX design role (in-house or agency)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design best practices and emerging technologies
  • A STRONG portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across a variety of business verticals
