Onward Search is hiring an LMS Specialist on a 10-month contract basis for an international client with offices in Sandy Springs. We are looking for candidates with the following skillset and experience to fill the role. 

Project Scope:

  • This is a W2 contract opportunity that is slated to last 10-months and can extend.
  • This is a full-time (40 hours a week), on-site opportunity. Remote candidates will not be considered.
  • Benefits are available through Onward Search throughout the life of the engagement.

Job Summary:

The Learning Technologies Specialist supports the global learning technology group by helping to maintain associated systems and tools (e.g. Learning Management System and other web tools.) This position provides administrative assistance to support Learning Technology strategies and execution. This position focuses on delivering high-quality services within planned durations and established deadlines, to internal customers supporting Learning & Development objectives.

Job Duties:

This position performs various LMS (Learning Management System) activities as directed by management and/or established business processes. Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Uploading, configuring and testing online courses
  • Creating and updating Subjects, Questions and Tests courses to Subjects
  • Create and maintain LMS-related documents
  • Generate and distribute reports
  • Organize and maintain training materials to ensure accuracy and uniformity
  • Monitoring request forms and processing
  • Provide End User Support for LMS-related issues
  • Design and implement communication plans
  • Maintain contact and distribution lists
  • Provide End User Support for LMS-related issues

Minimum Requirements:

  • Learning Management Systems experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred Technology degree is preferred
