Our client, a Video Game Company, is seeking a Localization Producer to join the team!
Responsibilities:
Support driving the production roadmap for localization processes originating in non-English source content with a focus on voice over.
Interface between Product, Narrative, Voices, Marketing, and Localization stakeholders.
Work closely with game producers and program managers to determine kick-off dates for the end-to-end localization process of VO content for interactive and linear efforts in Wild Rift.
Prepare and share asset kits with Localization teams and provide support until all languages are delivered.
Stay in-tune with changes and trends in the game development and dubbing industries and recalibrate processes and practices.
Collaborate with HQ Publishing teams on localization goals for cross-product marketing campaigns.
Work with signatory studios as per product’s needs.
Embed with Voices, Narrative, IP Strategy, and Localization Operations teams to ensure English quality.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in VO production
Excellent teamwork, team leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
In-depth understanding of localization and dubbing workflows, standards and technology
Understanding of end-to-end localization process from beginning to the final product
Understanding of technical audio post production workflows and specifications
Experience handling sensitive and complex project requirements and planning
Experience managing external partners to meet desired expectations in delivery timelines and quality
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working specifically with English localized VO (dubbing) production
Experience with Riot's IPs
Familiarity with cultural trends and player preferences when it comes to Games and Entertainment
Fluency in Mandarin
