Onward Search is on the hunt for an Account Coordinator to join our Ad Agency client for a freelance-to-hire position that starts immediately. You'll report to the Creative Director of the company and be responsible for helping with account coordination and other duties.


  • Helping with the creation of new business and existing client presentations - writing outlines, gathering assets, etc.
  • Research on market trends, creative trends, client objectives, and business landscape of industries, markets and companies.
  • Go onsite and help on photoshoots with the Creative Director.
  • Help support our client's intern programs and lead the team.
  • Help with scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.


  • College education from an accredited university.
  • Prefer candidates who have internship experience working for design studios, ad agencies, and/ or in-house marketing teams.
  • Must be polished, poised, a self-starter who is hungry to make an impact.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in MAC, Excel, Keynote, and Google Docs.

  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
