Our client, a makeup manufacturer, is seeking a temporary creative project assistant to start immediately.

You will report to the Creative Services Manager and be responsible for the following:

  • Assist with various tasks associated with the production of digital and global creative photo/video shoots, working as a production assistant
  • Organize and maintain photoshoot folders and procurment folders and SAP tracking sheet
  • Facilitate photoshoot vendor payment process by gathering invoices and W4's to send to 3rd party consultant
  • Input and track purchase requests into Ariba to create PO#'s
  • Cross reference SAP data with Ariba data to log and ensure accuracy

We are seeking Creative Project Assistants who meet the following requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to operate on a MAC
  • Experience facilitating procurement process using a system
  • Working knowledge of Ariba and SAP is a huge plus
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to research and resolve issues independently is a must
  • Beauty/fashion experience preferred (photoshoot process)
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Communication, Marketing or Business preferred
