Onward Search is on the hunt for an Integrated Project Manager to join our client for a long-term freelance assignment - approximately 6 months.

You'll report to the Director of Creative and be responsible for leading all photo/ video shoots.

Specific requirements include working with outside production vendorts, casting, managing pre-production, production, and post for video/ photoshoots. Shoots include photo and video at once and are primarily used for campaign assets and social.

You will also be required to get approvals from various stake holders, legal, and work within the constraints for each shoot.

We are seeking Integrated PM's who meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in producing from a lifestyle, brand/ marketing team and/ or studio
  • Must have experience managing both photoshoots and video productions
  • Must know your way around approvals/ legal
  • Must be buttoned up, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
