Our client, a large entertainment company located in Burbank is looking to hire a Coordinator for their Engagement Operations team. This will be a 6+ month temp assignment. This person will sit at the center of it all to ensure a continuous calendar of content and programs designed to maintain the brand as the ultimate location for fans. This role will work across the engagement and operations teams as well as broader stakeholders to track and coordinate content deliverables, keep the service updated and ensure seamless daily operations

RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Support the development, deployment and fulfillment of Engagement campaigns including CRM communications, sweepstakes, polls and quizzes. Assist in asset development, implementation and QA
  • Assist in the project management of all campaigns. Coordinate timeline and deliverables with graphic design and product development teams. Manage and track project milestones and status. Maintain master asset tracker and provide daily status updates
  • Provide general support to the broader engagement team as needed including maintaining stock of promotional product, coordinating delivery of physical packages to members, and liaising with third parties on the ordering of new products for promotional & sweepstakes purposes.
  • Assist in maintenance of overall engagement service calendar. Work with broader engagement and marketing team to track key upcoming dates and deliverables. Publish key updates to all stakeholders
  • 3 + years of experience in a digital marketing, programming or content development environment
  • Experience managing content delivery pipeline and tracking a wide variety of assets across different stages of development
  • Deep appreciation of comics and pop-culture
  • Strong Project Management, organization and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with digital publishing process and technologies including HTML, content management systems, CRM toolsets and design tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with SmartSheets a plus
  • Ability to analyze data to make recommendations and refine approach
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
