Our client, a startup client is seeking a Product Manager for a full-time position.

This person will report to the CTO and be responsible for:

  • Write detailed product specifications and usability testing plans to create new website functionality and features
  • Understand The Black Tux’s product strategy and help in determining its direction, especially with regards to internal tools development
  • Work with the Product and Development Teams to establish and execute on a Product Roadmap achieving optimization, innovation and growth
  • Track and analyze performance based on KPIs and secondary measures
  • Support internal clients (ops, customer care) in operational functions related to technology initiatives


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Technical or other analytical field is a plus)
  • 2+ years’ experience designing/developing internet or related technologies, especially for e-commerce
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Technical understanding and ability to work with engineers; facility with web tech (HTML/CSS/Javascript) preferred
  • Solid understanding of system architecture
  • Passion for user experience, web technology, and e-commerce


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
