Onward Search is on the hunt for a Traffic Manager for both Print and Digital Campaigns for our corporate client in downtown LA.

This is a contract position that could go full-time for the right person.

As the Traffic/ Production Manager, you'll be responsible for efficiently and effectively routing projects through creative services and coordinating marketing campaigns. You will manage the creative projects to manage workflow and project timelines.

  • Responsible for resource management, track projects, and help with the mitigation of tasks
  • You will review all documents, briefs, and make sure all direction is clear to complete projects
  • Make sure that projects are completed on time and on-budget with a focus on deadlines
  • Works with third party vendors, both print and digital on the final executions of creative
  • Communicates regularly with the Creative Director of the status of jobs

We are seeking Traffic Production Managers who meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ Years experience in a traffic management/ production management job
  • Prefer candidates who have worked both in-house and with ad agencies
  • Must have experience across both print and digital projects
  • Must be a clear communicator and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prefer candidates who have worked with financial clients
  • It's a plus if you've got experience working in Filemaker Pro
