Our client, a video game company, is seeking an Associate Content Producer to join the Internal Communications team.


  • Support our Intranet team and identified partners to produce internal news and knowledge that helps bridge the gap for employees globally.
  • Help produce digital content for global employees internally
  • Coach subject matter experts through developing internal knowledge content and support them in getting those projects through to the finish line
  • Build authentic relationships with our international content creators and employees — you’ll support governance expectations and energize them around creating content
  • Support various internal comms projects as priorities change, from helping with a messaging plan to executing on events
  • Become proficient in our CMS and digital channels, and train employees on how to utilize our internal tools


  • Min 1 year working within the comms space serving internal and external audiences, having worked for a tech or creative entertainment company
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Understanding basic analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building
  • Exercise great discretion as it relates to confidential and sensitive information
  • You're tilt-proof and can flexibly respond to sensitive situations in an assuring manner
  • Learn the internal company voice and internal channels, what's happening across the org, and master our internal knowledge platform.
