Onward Search is on the hunt for an Associate Marketing Producer / Project Manager help the creative production team of our streaming service client. This team supports various marketing functions to create efficiencies within production processes and to enable best in class marketing work and creative experimentation at scale. You will work with producers in the creation (concepting, development, and production) of all of marketing creative assets for on and off platform. The producer role is integral to bringing all pieces of creative together.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Producers on end-to-end marketing production process ensuring creative deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Pull PR clips and work with a Video Editor to finish and prep them for trafficking
  • Support Marketing Ops with traffic needs and social platform uploads
  • Manage creative requests for each title/marketing initiative with internal & external stakeholders
  • Support Producers on the production of 360 campaigns with a heavy focus on mobile placements, but also produce creative for emails, app store creative, organic + paid social creative, programmatic, digital placements, AV, and OOH
  • Work with external agencies to produce breakthrough creative that is still on-brand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years’ experience producing design, video and HTML5 –based marketing creative, agency environment strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company; Media & Entertainment experience a plus
  • Experience across digital marketing domain, i.e. content creation, digital advertising campaigns, mobile, and digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and a champion of efficiency
  • Resourceful outlook to problem-solving with a commitment to constant experimentation and challenging of the status quo
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage entrepreneurial environment, able to quickly pivot and adapt without losing focus on business goals
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
