Onward Search is on the hunt for a Brand Marketing Producer / Project Manager help the marketing operations team of our streaming service client. This team is responsible for supporting various marketing functions to create efficiencies within production processes and to enable best in class marketing work and creative experimentation at scale. This producer works with internal and external partners in the creation (concepting, development, and production) of all of our marketing creative assets for on and off platform. The producer role is integral to bringing all pieces of creative together, and should have deep understanding of both the creative & technical processes, and how they intersect.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end brand marketing production process ensuring creative deliverables are on time and within budget
  • Define project requirements and day to day project management
  • Manage creative requests for brand initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce 360 campaigns with a heavy focus on mobile placements but also produce creative for emails, app store creative, organic + paid social creative, programmatic, digital placements, AV, and OOH
  • Partner with Creative Leads within the Brand & Content team and the Marketing Product Manager to ensure we are creative is scalable and adheres to industry best practices
  • Leverage and manage external agencies to produce breakthrough creative that fits within brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years’ experience producing design, video and HTML5 –based marketing creative, agency environment strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company; Media & Entertainment experience a plus
  • Proven experience across digital marketing domain, i.e. content creation, digital advertising campaigns, mobile, and digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and a champion of efficiency
  • Resourceful outlook to problem-solving with a commitment to constant experimentation and challenging of the status quo
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage entrepreneurial environment, able to quickly pivot and adapt without losing focus on business goals
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
