Our client, a video game company, is seeking a Esports Product Coordinator to join the team.  You will report to the Head of Esports.


  • Assist the Head of Esports NA and the Head of Academy, Amateur & Scholastic in developing and fostering community initiatives for the product team.
  • Focused on of Discord, Twitch and YouTube chat, and engaging with internal stakeholders and external community members across social and events.
  • Help to build out a community moderation team and rewards program, as well as work with platforms and vendors.
  • Work on a daily basis with a team of moderators on Twitch, YouTube and Discord.
  • Create a meaningful rewards program and set best practices and training across LCS, Academy, Proving Grounds and other Esports initiatives in North America.
  • Help advise our other product teams on best practices around channel moderation.
  • Create and execute the best Twitch and YouTube engagement programs by running meaningful polls, predictions, and other scheduled channel activity
  • Present for all esports series and Academy/Amateur/Proving Ground livestreams and events - must be available to work on weekends and evenings depending on stream schedules
  • Work with the requisite product leads to help establish a Discord community of like minded fans.


  • Experience with Discord, Twitch and YouTube platforms and moderation tools
  • Experience as an administrator of various gaming or esports communities
  • Project management experience and/or experience leading community teams or groups


  • Gaming and esports community experience
  • Social media experience
  • Experience working with external vendors and partners
  • Experience with different languages and cultures a plus
  • DE&I experience
