Are you an Events Planner Manager with experience not only managing internal company events but also external promotions? Do you thrive in fast paced, planned out exectuion of large and small events with company cultural influence? This may be the part-time opportunity for you in L.A.

We are looking for a self-driven professional within the events and employee experience space to join the events team in HR, located in LA. The Events Specialist will lead and drive the LA offering by building moments that connect our people, working together with a team spread out over our largest office hubs around the world.
The Events team has a mission to amplify our community and create an environment for connections that elevate the employee experience. It’s about building community and a sense of belonging wherever they are. In a distributed setting we have band members working from pretty much anywhere in the world.
The team focuses on 3 areas; being community builders, engagement experts and certified celebrators! We run initiatives that showcase our employer brand, that differentiates company as a workplace and enables members to feel included and excited!

The team executes activities via a cross-section of channels, foremost live events (sometimes hybrid) focusing on the community (including happy hours, events for families, festival trips and other local interest based gatherings), larger in-person celebrations (midyear and end of year), in-office artist and podcast office sessions, as well as helping manage a social leads program for all non-hub offices around the globe.The team also work on online programs for bringing people together, regardless of their location.
Events team collaborates with, and supports, many other internal teams, tweaking approaches and processes, by looking at projects and tasks through an employer branding lens. In addition, the team is supporting annual Pride and World Mental Health Day alongside the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging team.
