Events Producer

Onward Search needs an Events Producer for a large entertainment company. This is your chance to become apart of cutting edge innovation.  

You’ll join the Product & Design team to help with a new product launch.  

This is a 7-12 month contract opportunity.

As a Events Producer you’ll: 

- Work cross functionally and partner with numerous teams while creating schedules, rehearsals, meeting with leadership to go over and develop the necessary materials for product launch   
- Stay in constant contact with producers to ensure visual assets are up to standards and ready for keynote briefings
- Develop project plans for keynote briefings with cross functional teams and generate event project retrospectives 

Skills & Experience needed:  

 - 5-7 years as a producer or project manager in the tech, media or digital entertainment worlds specifically related to event experiences/initiatives and press briefings
- Deep knowledge and expertise of Keynote, Pages, Numbers, Quip and project management tools Familiar with Pages, ical, numbers, pages, imail
 - Experience with status reports, calendars, production timelines, checklists, invite lists etc.
