Our client, a top fashion retailer in Manhattan Beach, is looking to hire a Creative Project Manager (Digital Projects) for a temp role with possibility to convert. You would be responsible for taking ownership of the progress of jobs within the Advertising department on mainly web projects. Key focus is on making sure the process is managed properly and delivered on time. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work on all projects assigned from the Advertising Department including email campaigns, website updates, banner ads and more
  • Manage the production of design assets and traffic them to approvers and requestors
  • Attend necessary meetings regarding projects
  • Communicate regularly with Management including IT, Ecommerce and Creative department as well as other stakeholders
  • Receive job requests and handle as appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing or similar and 2+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing or PR, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience managing digital/web projects such as website updates, emails, banner ads, etc. 
  • MAC experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe CS
  • Ability to meet deadlines & attention to project details
  • Self-motivated, organized, multi-tasker
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with various levels of management
