Our client, a Social Media Company, is seeking a freelance Sr Operations Specialist to join their team.


  • Work closely with our AR Platform Partnerships team helping create relationships management systems that help us identify and retain top AR creators and developers and build automations that make it easy to receive and filter data to be shared cross-functionally.
  • Structure and build automations in Google Sheets that make it easy to receive and filter data from forms and share data cross-functionally
  • Work cross-functionally with data science to create systems to help recruit top AR creators from our internal tools
  • Manage operations for high touch creator/developer partnerships, including coordination and file storage of legal and financial agreements in CRM


  • BS/BA or equivalent years of 2+ years of experience
  • Proficiency at Google Sheets / Excel formulas and functions
  • Mastery of automation functions in order to maintain a scalable and robust data management and reporting system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner and detail oriented; analytical and problem-solving skills; someone who can think critically
  • Data driven and analytical mindset
  • Proven track record of crafting actionable insights from data
  • Ability to thrive in a face-paced, deadline driven environment


  • Expert at Google Sheets / Excel formulas and functions. You will need mastery of automation functions in order to maintain a scalable and robust data management and reporting system
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, using charting and reporting tools for easy data communication
  • Experience with Google Apps Script (Javascript) to build background automation processes that keep data flowing between various sheets smoothly and with minimal manual effort from stakeholders
