Our client, an entertainment creative agency, is seeking a Social Media/Digital Project Manager to join their team.

You will report to the Executive Producer and work on an entertainment client's social media projects promoting tv series for streaming networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing timelines/schedules for all initiatives in development
  • Proactively manage workflow and ensures projects are completed within the timeline and budget.
  • Interface with client PM's regularly
  • Establishes and integrates internal processes for digital and social productions.
  • Review all creative deliverables for quality and accuracy, including quality assurance testing
  • Encourages a culture of partnership and maintains a positive presence for the team.
  • Manages production for multiple medium to large scale client projects across all content assets and deliverables including and not limited to video production, creative design, social media, and digital production.
  • Collaborates with the account team and creative team to lead best practices and strategies throughout the life cycle.
  • Resources team members and 3rd party vendors as required, following internal protocol and with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with creative, production, and social media teams to bring client projects to life on brand.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing digital and content projects, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Solid knowledge of digital technologies (web, mobile), social media, email, digital media best practices & CRM.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed documentation, create and manage budgets
  • Assertive, creative, team player and proven sense of urgency
  • Strong conflict management skills; demonstrated ability to solve problems
  • Understanding of current digital and social landscape and desire to stay current in industry trends
  • Proven success in managing multiple and fast-moving projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Excel wizard
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing best practices
  • A detail-oriented multi-tasker - able to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Extremely organized, ambitious and proactive
  • Great at collaborating and keeping a positive can-do attitude that is infectious
