Our client, a top-tier media agency, is seeking both Supervisors and Specialists, Paid Search & Social to join their team.


  • Implement, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to reach strategic goals and defined KPIs
  • Execute Search tactics, optimize campaigns, manage budgets, analyze data and extrapolate insights
  • Provide strategic insight during campaign pre/planning process to reach audiences with effective messaging
  • Deliver performance reports to clients on a recurring basis with meaningful and thought-out insights
  • Lead client discussions on campaign optimizations, testing, course correction, new offerings, and other campaign-centric initiatives
  • Ideate and plan Paid Social campaigns across relevant environments (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat)
  • Implement tracking pixels and ad trackers for 3rd party verification and fraud management
  • Implement 3rd party audiences as part of media buys, and evaluate & test new ad units & audiences
  • Provide reporting as needed through partners (Facebook/Twitter) or 3rd parties (Google Analytics, Omniture, Facebook FMPs, etc.)
  • Manage planned verses actualized billing to reconcile and invoice media spend
  • Frequent testing of SEM tactics across campaigns (i.e. A/B creative tests, bidding, SOV, retargeting, etc.)
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, spend, traffic abnormalities, and identification of additional opportunities
  • Frequent collaboration with Search partners (Google, Microsoft, Verizon, YouTube, Amazon) and clients
  • Oversee and mentor Specialists on the team
  • Keep up-to-speed with entertainment industry updates, film releases, soundtracks and cultural trends
  • Build vendor relationships to ensure information is received in a timely fashion

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, or advertising preferred) and 2-5 years of mid-large agency experience in dedicated paid search marketing across multiple engines (i.e. Google Adwords, Microsoft Advertising, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience with ad serving & bid management platforms (i.e. DCM / SA360 / GA)
  • Solid knowledge of social media management tools/platforms (Unified, Brand Networks, Sprinklr, Spredfast, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of all relevant social platform and capabilities, relevant API management platforms, and Tier II vendors and capabilities
  • Successful in using the most advanced targeting/retargeting tactics in social media to drive client business objectives
  • Expert skill level on all social marketplace offerings and opportunities including all ad units, targeting options/providers and inventory sources
  • Completed partner training (Facebook Blueprint / Twitter Flight School)
  • Knowledgeable on how to architect appropriate budget/investment levels across the consumer journey, using multiple partner products
  • Experience working with media teams focused on broadcast and display buying, strategic planning, analytics, community management, content development, influencer activation, invention and marketplace buying (i.e. Search)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Theatrical entertainment and film release experience is highly preferred
  • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive, with the ability to work as directed and balance multiple tasks
