Our client, a Social Media Company, is seeking a freelance Content Review Associate to join their team for a 6-month assignment.


  • Publish and process Community Geofilter submissions from customers.
  • Help create & revise geofence map data.
  • Collaborate with the Community Review and Operations teams to help flight new and exciting Filters that help customers share their story and learn more about the world around them.
  • Accurately edit and publish Community Geofilter designs created by customers.
  • Revise & create new geofence map data for Geofilters.
  • Work across several tools to ensure the speedy and accurate activation of Filters.
  • Provide timely email support via a support ticketing system such as Zendesk.


  • 1-3 years experience working in a customer-facing operations or support role within content curation.
  • Experience working with Google Maps and.KML files.
  • Able to work weekends and evenings.
  • Highly detailed oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Highly attentive to detail, with proven ability to accurately analyze visual art files and tool settings.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience creating a custom map and geofence files.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight.
  • A passion for creativity and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Fluent in two or more languages, Arabic preferred.
