Onward Search is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer/Production for a well-known entertainment company. You'll be part of the Consumer Products team responsible for designing, developing, and producing motion graphic elements intended for installation at various locations, including parks, resorts, and signature experiences.

This is a 4-month remote contract opportunity. 

As a Motion Graphics Designer/Production you’ll: 

• Play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality creative content to support merchandise locations domestically, encompassing windows, interior displays, printed graphics, dimensional overlays, and pricing/promotional signage for new and existing sites.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Creative manager to strategize, design, produce, and implement comprehensive graphic packages supporting over 350 retail locations across various regions.
• Develop innovative environmental graphic solutions in alignment with new film and product strategies, while maintaining adherence to established brand standards.
• Support the Retail Creative team in conceiving, refining, and executing graphic solutions for both individual and global activations. Responsible for preparing fabrication files, including transforming approved conceptual renders into print-ready mechanical files.

Motion Graphics Designer/Production Skills & Experience needed:  

• Must provide a design portfolio showcasing expertise in composition, hierarchy, and color theory, along with a strong grasp of typography, layout, and your specific contributions to each project.
• Minimum of three (3) years of motion graphic design, video editing and/or production experience design experience.
• ??????Proficiency in video and motion graphic design, including video editing and motion graphics, as well as vector animation.
• Print shop experience is advantageous, but not mandatory; prior work in print shops is a plus.
• Familiarity with print production workflow.
• Proficiently manage multiple projects within tight deadlines while effectively communicating conceptual and design decisions.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited program or equivalent work experience.
