Onward Search is on the hunt for a Jr-Mid-Level Art Director to join our Ad Agency client for a long-term freelance assignment that could go full-time.

You'll report to the Director of Digital and be responsible for concept and design of social media campaigns for various clients in the CPG and QSR space.

You will help with end-to-end executions that involve both design and video content for various social channels including Twitter, FV, Snap etc.

We are seeking Jr-Mid Level Art Directors who meet the following requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years experience in design/ Art Direction in digital with a focus on social
  • Must be someone who can design and create native content for social
  • Must have an aesthetic voice, that can be sophisticated and playful


  • The client is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All freelancers will be paid as W2 employees.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
