Our client, a leading retailer, is looking for a Production Designer for a temp to perm opportunity located in the South Bay. Ideal candidate will have experience with design and production of print campaigns. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at a time is key.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for resizing approved campaigns for various elements (POP, OOH, Window Displays, Ads, Packaging, NSO and Trade shows)

• Adhere to quick turnaround on edits/corrections

• Preparing final press-ready files based on supplied specs/instruction (creation to completion)

• Proper archiving of approved jobs

• Understand and adhere to the quality standards and procedures

• Practice good time management

• Communicate expectations with Project Managers


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design/Visual Communication
  • 1-2 years of graphic design experience in a corporate environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
  • Fundamental working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and able to understand priorities of tasks
  • Retouching and web experience a plus
