Our client, a social media content company, is on the hunt for a Content Creator/ Producer to join their team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and creating content that shows global, diverse, top talent the things that make platform a great place to work
  • Content will be used in marketing campaigns, on brand platforms, at recruiting events & conferences, and more
  • Create new content such as video, photography, graphic designs, and templates, adapting existing content for different mediums and use cases
  • Two main functions of this role will be managing the editorial calendar and contributing content as well
  • Create content that aligns with brand narrative and strategy
  • Collect and adapt content from Internal Comms, Marketing, and other key XFN teams
  • Reformat content as needed for distribution on different platforms
  • Create brand collateral, templates, and other resources
  • Partner with Marketing on a tactical level to ensure that collateral is in line with product and consumer brand strategies
  • Help ID gaps in content and plan for creating new content


  • 4-6 years of experience in media production at a digital media company, marketing agency, or social platform - ideally with social marketing experience
  • Portfolio of photography, video production, and/or design work
  • Expertise in content design and programs such as: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Cinema 4D, After Effects, Sketch, and Keynote
  • Expertise in content creation on social media platforms, including knowledge of Creative Tools suite and how content is shared/distributed
  • Knowledge of legal requirements for publishing media on external, digital platforms, including in marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of social media brands, platforms and position in the market
