Instructional Designer - elearning/management

Our client, a tech company, is seeking an Instructional Designer to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
• Build content that achieves the established objectives and aligns to manager expectations
• Create exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
• Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure course efficacy
• Apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
• Maintain project documentation and course folders

Must:

• 3-5 years experience in an instructional design role, a plus if experience has emphasis on user experience and business process training development and design
• Bachelor Degree
• Experienced in authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc. are a plus but not a requirement
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, the Google Suite/Hangouts, and Zoom
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
