Our client is seeking an Instructional Designer to join the gaming team.


  • Assist in the design and delivery of learning experiences for the global player support workforce
  • Hands-on working on creative development independently
  • Partner with team to identify workforce development needs, and execute on the team’s strategy to level up the infrastructure
  • Course design and development experience including the use of storyboards, graphics, sound files, text, video clips, and animations


  • 2+ years experience in an instructional design role
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experienced in authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
  • Creative approach to developing impactful learning experiences through storytelling and interactive designs
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
