Our client, a highly regarded (and viral) beauty brand, is looking for a Sr. Art Director to join their team:

Sr. Art Director Responsibilities: 

  • Own conceptualizing and creating assets to be used across all visual communications platforms for all channels (Retail, Wholesale & Ecommerce)
  • Delivering campaigns on-time, on-budget and on-brand
  • Help develop and maintain company creative standards
  • Oversee concept directive and creative execution
  • Lead production on photo and video shoots – both on-model and still product photography
  • Art direct in-house/freelance designers, photographers, & video/media personnel when needed
  • Partner closely with founder to concept campaigns, delivering impactful art solutions for packaging, web, social, in-store and more! 
  • Collaborate with internal Creative team to execute from initial concepts to final deliverables
  • Maintain and keep track of budgets for global creative team, as well as some product innovation campaigns
  • As a critical member of a high performing team, will be responsible for executing a significant workload, working cross-functionally with various internal partners, and manage storage and communication of assets
Sr. Art Director Qualifications:
  • 5+ year’s experience as an Art Director (hands-on) working within an organization, or advertising agency. (Ideal candidate comes from a digitally native background with experience across video and photography).
  • Related fashion or beauty brand experience preferred
  • Keen sense and aesthetic for visual design and creative
  • Digital experience and knowledge of digital design for Web, Responsive, mobile and marketing channels
  • Strong leadership and ability to provide direction
  • Experience in Mac OSX, Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote and Acrobat
  • Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment.
