Our top-tier media agency client is seeking an Analyst, Paid Search and Social for a temp assignment with the possibility to convert. You will be assisting the team of a well-known automotive brand to execute paid media tactics, optimize campaigns, track budget pacing, pulling data & extrapolate insights, and provide recommendations based on market-specific results. You will focus on each media channel separately to hone your skills and master the basics.


  • Work with leadership to manage daily campaign performance and analysis
  • Perform research to understand audiences and their behaviors
  • Using data and trends, identify opportunities for expanding and/or optimizing campaigns
  • Write an initial draft of text ads
  • Traffic, upload, and QA keywords, ads, targeting parameters, and landing URLs
  • Perform account diagnostic checks
  • Run scheduled and ad-hoc reports
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, spend, traffic abnormalities, and additional opportunities
  • Keep current on the latest trends in tools and technology
  • Develop keyword lists, organize into a strategic campaign, and present/review with clients for approval
  • Define audience parameters, match types, bids, budget caps, and other campaign controls to ensure media performs according to the brief and KPI objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in a media or PR agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly detail-oriented
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as planning tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to Supervisor
  • Experience in location-based search, auto industry experience is a plus
