Onward Search is on the hunt for a Community Manager to join our Ad Agency client for a temp-to-hire assignment that starts as soon as next week.

You'll report to the Director of Social and be responsible for day-to-day publishing, reporting, and community management of clients in entertainment industry. You'll manage, create, and moderate the social communities of multiple clients.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Interpret the direction of strategy/ planning and creative leads
  • Ensure community strategy plans support the overall brand goals
  • Help with the facilitation of creative with the creative department on the creation of social media content
  • Generate insights using social media tools like FB Insights, Twitter analytics etc.
  • Generate and maintain social calendars
  • Post relevant content on social calendars
  • Recommend comments in order to foster positive community
  • Enforce social media guidelines as defined by the brand

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years experience managing social media platforms or communities
  • Prefer candidates who have worked with entertainment clients
  • Must be an expert in social media platforms like Twitter, FB, Snap, IG
  • Actively participate in a wide range of social media activities - blogging, community development, commenting etc.
  • Must have experience with content creation and management
  • Must have a strong understanding of best practices as it relates to brand development with various social media platforms
  • Must have excellent written, and verbal skills
  • Must be a self-starter - very detail-oriented
