Project Coordinator - Gaming

Onward Play is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our AAA game studio clients! This Korean based studio has recently delivered some of the most exciting and popular MMO and FPS games on the market!

Job description:

• The ideal candidate for this position will need to be fluent in both Korean and English
• Documenting and translating KR documents to EN as needed per project - Check daily emails and note important information to share with the team
• Document and assist in meeting(s) in KR to EN
• Work alongside with project manager to maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures
• Helping on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and monthly report
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Helping to ensure the project deadlines are met
• Determining and noting project changes
• Providing administrative support as needed (KR to EN, EN to KR)
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
