Agile Project Manager (Bilingual Chinese) in LAX location (12 months)

Job description:

• Track all aspects of high and medium complexity projects exercising independent judgment to identify milestones, coordinate resources, track and report progress against plan, assess and recommend scope, coordinate change requests, and close out the project upon completion.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Handle various responsibilities such as planning, scheduling, coordinating, creating artifacts, Jira maintenance, and managing all aspects of the project. Should be comfortable to work with any of the agile modules.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Create and attend rituals to bridge gaps between Riot and oversea stakeholders (Mandarin Language Skills strongly preferred*) 
• 3+ years leading Scrum, Kanban-based Agile environments with frequent software releases.
• 3+ years working with teams to identify and implement solutions for a variety of IT Infrastructure, game features, or applications.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively with different project stakeholders, including technical and business teams
• PMP certification, Scrum Master, or progress toward project management equivalent certification preferred
